What you get
ET3 Response Builder prepares draft documents from the documents you supply: letters that follow the Acas Code, and a draft response to an employment tribunal claim with a chronology, a counter-schedule and a list of what is missing.
What we are not
We are not solicitors and we do not act for you. Preparing documents is not a reserved legal activity under the Legal Services Act 2007, but conducting litigation is: we therefore never file a document at a tribunal for you, never correspond with the tribunal, Acas or the claimant on your behalf, and give no address for service. You complete the ET3 yourself at respond-employment-tribunals.service.gov.uk and you file it. This is not legal advice.
What you remain responsible for
- Checking every statement in a draft against your own documents before you sign anything.
- Filing the response before the deadline on the tribunal's letter.
- Anonymising the employee's details while the service is in test mode.
- Taking a discrimination or whistleblowing claim to a solicitor.
No promises about outcomes
Nothing here predicts what a tribunal will do. Dates, sums and deadlines are calculated from the documents you supply and are shown with the provision they come from so that you can check them; they are not advice, and an error in a document you supply becomes an error in the draft.
Prototype
This is a prototype offered free of charge for testing. It is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amount you have paid, which is nothing. Operated by Armen Sarkisian, Komitas 57, 0032 Yerevan, Armenia. Questions: privacy@vitersoft.com.
